We often publish attractive rates on our website which are bookable online. For bookings less than 36 hours in advance, or if you are already in Antigua, please contact us by phone for immediate assistance (268-562-0259/60).

For online bookings, we accept credit/debit cards (American Express, Mastercard and Visa) and PayPal, all via the PayPal secure server.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Should you for any reason cancel or modify a confirmed booking, the following cancellation policy shall apply:

If cancellation is effected prior to the 72-hour period leading up to the day of check-in, you are entitled to a full 100% refund.

Cancellation within the 72-hour period is subject to a 100% penalty fee.

In case of no-show, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your booking.

Client will not be entitled to refund in case he leaves the property before the end of the stay.

We strongly advise you to take out a travel insurance policy to cover your costs in case of cancellation.

If for any reason, the room booked were not available, City View Hotel will make every effort to accommodate you in an alternative room of similar characteristics. If City View Hotel is unable to accommodate you a full refund will be made, and City View Hotel shall not bear any further liability.
